Use the Group
There should be a new Group in My Contacts. The Group has an icon with many faces.

When you select the Group you should see the all of the Members in the Reading Pane.

8. Try It: Review the Actions
The Contact Actions include Send Mail and
Schedule a Meeting.

OK, Try This: Send Mail to the Group
Click on
Send Mail.
A new message will open. The receipients are listed as Our Team. If you click on Our Team, you should see the Group Contact card.

Enter a subject: Welcome to the team!
Enter a sample message.
Click
SEND. All of the Members in the Group will be notified.
